When I bought my 2006 STI, the dealer recommend 28 front and 25 rear, but according to the sticker near the drivers door, it should be 2.3bar(33) and 1.9(29), 5psi can make a big difference to the handling, grip and tyre wear.
The cars totally standard, so normal wheels and tyres.
What does everyone else run??
and do you trust garage airline guages.

28F/25R is far too soft try 30F/28R or 32F/30R keep an eye on tread wear

Buy a decent digital tyre pressure gauge in the likes of Halfords they aren't expensive, forecourt airlines get a lot of kicking about and usually aren't very acurate.
