guys how do you clean your work towels and drying towels after use, i know they can go in the washer but the missus goes bonkers, so would washing em in the sink with washing up liquid do just as gud!!! and drying naturally.... thanks people. :wonder:

Washing machine with liquid/no softner for me.

Washing machine at 60 deg with Bio powder is how I do it. As mentioned NO softner.
I know you're not supposed to use powders but not had a problem (yet)

Washing machine with bio liquid (i read powder was a big no no )

Washing machine at 30/40 degrees, max spin speed 1000, using a gentle liquid detergent like Fairy Non Bio (avoid powders, as the residue doesn't always free rinse, meaning powder crystals become lodged in the towels). Once washed, either air dry on the line or in the airing cupboard, or else tumble dry on cool setting (any significant heat input via a radiator or hot setting on the tumble drier will damage the fibres, making the towels a lot less absorbant).
