Hi folks,

have to clean me uncles car soon and he is a very heavy smoker:razz: and im not looking forward to the windows as they are always smeared with smoke/tar and its desperate bad to clean up!!:mad:

Any ideas on what the best product would be to deal with this?? I have previously used water/vinegar, mr muscle window cleaner, autoglym glass polish etc but can never get the glass perfect. I would prefer a simple spray on product like mr muscle or similar as i have used the creams/polished before and thought they were messy??:wonder:

Zymol HD-Cleanse or Jeffs Werkstatt Prime Strong are ideal for this type of task, as spray on liquids rarely have enough cut to them to remove smoke films. Another good method for really foul windows is to clean them using neat methylated spirits and a non linting towel, but just be sure to air the car properly during and after to avoid a lingering smell. Oh, and for the first two products mentioned, best method of application is the white side of a German pad. :thumb:
