Hi, After some advice could anyone inform me if I could use Poorboys SSR1 to remove a few small swirls from my55 WRX the car is cleaned regularly, once a week and then waxed using Meguiars Gold Class Liquid Wax every two/three weeks.
Could I use the Poorboys by hand or do I need a machine polisher? assuming that it's ok to use.
Any help would be much welcomed whatever the suggestions may be.
Thanks Guys :)

You can use it by hand but its easier by machine :)

Full sticky guide on how to polish Scooby paint safely and effectively by both hand and machine coming later this week if you can wait...
...but in short, Menzerna Intensive Polish is a better bet working by hand, as Scooby paint is generally on the hard side, and lighter finishing polishes like SSR1 can struggle to cut out even minor defects. Going down the machine route, the newly released Meguiars Dual Action Polishing Machine is superb, and offers distinct advantages over the old favourites, namely the PC7424 and UDM, both import models from the US.
If you want to find out more sooner than the forthcoming sticky thread, feel free to give me a call on 0845 4540017 any afternoon - always happy to go over the options with folk.

Thanks for the advice "Polished Bliss" will wait for the advice/sticky when it comes out, would prefer to go the hand route first just to build a little confidance in what I'm doing and the hand route will give me more control.
If I get no joy is it still ok to ring you?
Cheers Mark
