I'm a long-term Swissol user. I had placed an order 2 weeks ago with swissolyourcar.co.uk but have not heard anything from them, or received my order. Does anyone know what is happening? Their website now forwards to the Swissol UK site.

I am afraid that as of 1st Jan Swissvax have changed the way they carry out their business.
They have decided that they will be dealing with all stock sales themselves & will not have distributers for their products.
I passed your enquiry to them to deal with & have chased Andy the owner up tonight & asked him to contact you asap

I have now received a response from Swissvax, thanks for passing on my details. It's a great shame that Swissvax have changed their sales methods as I believe that it was the hard work of the distributors that put them on the map in the first place. :(

Nick/Paul, feel for you both as I'm in the same boat too as a previously approved detailer. The closing down of the re-sellers that have helped biuld the brand can only be a bad thing for all in the end.
Not happy with the new business plan and not prepared to fork out for what amounts to the permission to use the logo!
Nick, there are alternatives out there if you dont want to support Swissvax UK and their plans for world domination. I can say their products are great but how they manage the UK now leaves a lot to be desired.
