Bravo2zero_sps 18 January 2008, 14:00 Certainly find some of those entries a surprise, especially Drogba and Terry!
Reality 18 January 2008, 14:05 No place for Crouch :wonder:
They've probably never heard of him :D
ash1 18 January 2008, 14:33 no place for "world class" druggy ferdinand? or vidic?
Ibrahimovic? RVN of Madrid much better choice.

Has that claim been substantiated?

How can it be, he avoids all attempts to test him :lol1:

Drogba was class for Chelski at the end of last season. Not really played much this season though. Terry in there is laughable.
Bravo2zero_sps 18 January 2008, 16:05 Drogba was class for Chelski at the end of last season.
Yes but the best in Europe? I don't think so.

pains me but I agree with ash. RVN was immense for Real last season and is still banging them in this.

Not surprised that it has no Arsenal players though
Bravo2zero_sps 18 January 2008, 16:41 :lol1: wait until the 'kids' have established themselves in a couple of years and Fabregas wont be the only one in the list.
Funkii Munkii 18 January 2008, 17:52 Terry PMSL, I'd have picked Gardner ahead of him :lol1: RVN should have been in there without a shadow of a doubt.
Ronaldo was the best player in Europe and the world last year but they still gave it to Kaka, Ronnie was the most consistent of all those nominated and continues to do it this season week in week out, will probably go to a Brazilian playing in Spain or Italy again this year .
He must be nailed on for the PFA player and young player as well as the writers player of the year again, Fabregas has gone off the boil after his great start and I can't see anyone else getting them.

mr_impreza 18 January 2008, 19:15 Terry!! what a joke. And why select someone who falls over most of the time like Ronaldo?

ash1 19 January 2008, 12:24 not sure about the coach either, think Lippi would be better, someone who can manage an international team.
