Hi gary, can you please tell me why no-one at your office ever replies to my emails or letters?
I swapped cars over a week ago and because i finish work when the office is closed i sent an email to your office and also to the other Gary 9i got you both mixed up) with all details of cars, my details, etc
i got a weeks free driveaway insurance with the new car but found out a few days later your office hadn't changed my policy over so after the week i wouldn't have been covered for the new car?
I've tried several times to phone if i get the chance during the day but the line is constantly busy, no1 answers or i get passed about.
I managed to speak to someone last week and had to give all the details again (hey 13mins on mobile isn't cheap) and he said i was due a refund - i've sent 2 emails asking where the refund is and suprise suprise no replies?
I went from a scoob to a Golf within 2 weeks and got no refund even though the groups are way apart and now to a group 6 car and still no refund which means i'm paying a scoob premium for a group 6 car???????????????
Can you please get someone at the office to reply to emails
Not having a go at you as you were great with the scoob price but your offices aftersales is poor
