come on NAF we know you're a Liverpool fan and the fact you've locked a thread which is part in jest and also a place to discuss a teams failings which is a credible reason for a thread shows you're not being rational in your choice. It's accepted that there is an element of winding up in the Sports section when discussing football. If you locked threads for this then you may as well lock every thread in here

If it was abusive then fair enough but it was nothing of the sort.

I have no problem with any banter here , If I did then why is the Liverpool v luton thread still running?

My problem is with resurrecting old threads from a year ago purely for the purpose of stirring S**t for want of a better phrase

I would also like to add the fact that the thread in question was to do with Liverpool had nothing to do with the locking of it.
Had it been Chelsea , Arsenal or believe it or not even Man Utd I would still take the same action.

I just used an old thread instead of starting a new one. Why is that an issue? There are similar threads relating to the teams you mention and I'm sure at some point this season they too would have been brought back to the top. It's clearly is an issue due to it being about Liverpool. You may say otherwise but to anybody else that's how it will look.

Absolute rubbish
I have already told you why it was locked with a reasonable explanation.
I have also explained to you that I would also have done the same regardless of what team it related to.
Please use the RTM fuction with regards any other threads that have been resurfaced recently and I will deal with them accordingly.
If you have any other comments or complaints regarding this or any other thread in the sport forum please use the policy forum in future.
