these drop links have an arrow on one side of the alloy casting - does this arrow point forward and be to the outside of the car when installed?

I fitted a set to another WRX three years ago but cannot remember which way around they went - and there are no instructions in the Powerflex box!

also are the Powerflex front drop links (PFF 69-107) a solid link or a rubber/plastic type like the Subaru originals - there is no picture of these on the web site?
