View Full Version : Zymol disappeared from Polished Bliss website? Tone Loc 06 January 2008, 13:48 Am i going blind or has the Zymol products been removed from the website, any reason if they have? Tony. F1 CJE UK 06 January 2008, 18:19 yep i noticed that.... never used any of that range tho always seemed ott 4 me when all the other products he sells work so well Tone Loc 06 January 2008, 19:15 I've just got some Clear Autobathe to try (£10 rather £24 via Detailing World.... a mod had two unopened bottles). I have been thinking of trying carbon as my LSP too (or Dodo). The rest of the stuff such as tyre, wheel cleaner etc i'll stick to the cheaper stuff. Tony. Tim Bomford 06 January 2008, 22:42 Try emailing 360 as I have bought some Zymol stuff off them since they stopped selling late last year, left over stock. No waxes but shampoo , cloths etc. Ask for Chris;) StickyMicky 07 January 2008, 00:09 now this is intriguing news would be intrested to hear the reasons for this!! Polished Bliss 08 January 2008, 20:56 Full announcement when I get back on here properly tomorrow folks, but for those that want to know now, check out this full explanation posted on DW earlier today... Detailing World (http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=54064) :) pippyrips 08 January 2008, 22:10 Now that is what i call a comprehensive explanation:thumb: StickyMicky 09 January 2008, 10:12 interesting that they started classing you as a franchisee when technically you are not, i have been in the same boat myself in the past, Z work in an extreme way, but i still struggle to find out, how they manage to make this extreme way work for them  Tone Loc 09 January 2008, 14:59 Very well written explanation, certainly doesn't come across biased or anything of that nature. It looks like Zymol's lose for sure. Wonder how Swissvax compare as a supplier, the Devine wax seems o be rated. As an aside did Swissvax used to be Swisszol (Sp?) would bought out the Wax Wizard (Mark Underwood?)??? Memory is rubbish and it was some years ago.... the days of the Wax Wizard GBs :D Tony. phil 09 January 2008, 15:30 As an aside did Swissvax used to be Swisszol (Sp?) would bought out the Wax Wizard (Mark Underwood?)??? I beleive so didn't Zymol challange thel over the "...OL" in the name so rather than defend it at huge cost they just changed it the days of the Wax Wizard GBs :D Tony. Stop it I am going all misty eyed ;) Tim Bomford 09 January 2008, 18:54 Wonder how Swissvax compare as a supplier, the Devine wax seems o be rated. Swissvax changed the name from Swissol in March 2007 as a result of a settlement with Zymol. Mark Underwood was hauled over the coals by Swissvax UK a few yrs back, he never owned Swissol but did supply stock (I myself used to buy from him before I was affiliated) He has been "disappeared" a few years now and I often wonder what happened to him and the family. Supplier wise there has just been huge upheaval re Swissvax UK but this can be found on the net if you search as this is Rich's thread but he did hint about the reseller part which I thought was a good point well made! RichardS2005 10 January 2008, 13:48 It would be interesting to know what happened to Mark Underwood, I remember him giving me free tickets to the motor show way back when.....:thumb: |
