if you,ve got a fully decatted exhaust on your car which is technically illeagal could a insurance company use that as a excuse to void your ins. cover

A car does not legally have to have a cat - a car only has to meet the correct emmision level regardless of a cat being fitted or not :thumb:

As long as you have declared it to the insurers there should be no reason they'd throw out a claim.

Would suggest it is always best to speak to your insurance company though just to be sure
