i`m fairly certain my dump valve is leaking, as I can hear it hissing pretty much all the time if im cruising,

it may be in my head but i`m nearly sure its definately leaking. Anyone got a cheap dump valve they dont need or have lying around?

ideally not a bailey, as thats what I have, ideally i`d like an HKS.. but HKS and cheap dont go together... i`d have to fund that with some man love or something which doesnt tickle my fancy tbh :P


i had hoped to have a bit of cash to throw at her in the comming weeks but an unexpected hefty bill has put halt to any big car spending and back to the garage shes gone to hide for a wee while. thankfully not a car related bill tho :)

so even if its made of playdoh but works i`d be willing to give it a go :)

Can you open your dump valve mate if so a couple of penny washers under the spring works wonders

I have heard storys about the baileys also, I have 1 fitted to mine but ever since fitting my K&N typhoon I cant hear it over the turbo chatter. Think I might check to make sure it isnt stickin

baileys are renowned for sticking.
