How are the bump strips actually put on car, are they just on with strong double sided tape or are they clipped to car.

Want to remove them from the car, how easy a job?

They are just stuck mate. Heat them up and they should come off just fine.

 

a soft plastic card type scraper is good also but heat would also help

if u carefully remove u can then sell em again more than likely

u cant get em any more apparently.

im gona cheat..ford mondeo side bump strips modded and painted to fit.
had enough of the dents...

 

I it quite a common mod this and how does it look?

 

only heard of it and seen once i think..

i will have to look at some.work in bodyshop so next newish mondeo gets a viewing to measure and see etc

im looking to do this as well on my MY00 is it just a case of getting them off then abit of Polish?
