You sure its the new suspension? Not another noise? How low have you set them up? Basically if you bought them new and theres anything wrong they will be covered by warranty. What make are they and what other suspensioon mods do you have?

At a guess, too low.
Has the car been set-up at all?

thanks for your replys its not to low as i had it hired it just sounds like you are hitting pot holes with a flat tyre had these fitted at a normal garage so maybe they havnt been set up right . they are apex coilovers supplied by bren @ apex have phoned them tyey said no problem repairing them but it could take two weeks to get them back surely if they have gone so quick they should do the decent thing and supply me with a new set

They are a reputable make of Coil-over, but seems to me that they supply stiff spring rates with them.

1
Slacken the damping off to max soft settings front and rear.
See if that changes things.
2
Return to the fitter for a 'spanner check' especially the security of the strut piston rod into the top mounts in the front. Some kits need a thin-wall spacer sleeve to assure a good fit of rod into the top mount. Some just bolt-in.
3
As the units were not fitted by the supplier it could be a good step to have the supplier talk to the fitter to ensure all is well, especially if they are miles apart from each other.

What he ^ says! I'd deffo do a quick spanner check first of all. It may be worth jacking it up at the effected corner and making sure the spring is still held tightly on full droop. Does it sit equally side to side?
