I'll be interested in these at the right price. Toss between the K-sport tho.

I would need a set to fit a 2001 WRX with 5x100pcd. Is there any issue with alloy wheel clearance? Running Rota Subzeros at the moment.

Thanks
S!

So who actually makes the caliper? I presume the factory you mention is Brembo, as brembo stickers can be supplied.... i'd feel a bit of a wally with brembo stickers on a non brembo caliper tho!

yer £500 will be for everything, calipers, pads, discs, mounting brackets, lines and nuts/bolts ect.
I dunno about a 4 pot rears set but if there is id get them too, ive given the company a link to this thread but £500 will be the most i recon you will pay, prob a bit less!
you could spend more and get them 356mm discs and the upgraded pads also but i never went with that

Just to clear up any confusion , these are not Brembo calipers , they use the same pad as the Subaru 4 pot calipers. These are made in Asia the same as the other cheap kits available at the moment ,

I wish I could pay workers 40p a day as I could match the prices then :D

They do look good on paper , we have a couple of sets on order to evaluate them , If there up to scratch we may become a dealer for them.

cool ian, glad someone else has some, when you fitting yours?

will you be selling the upgraded pads too? and do you know if they will do rears as ive had no reply yet

Ian Godney
23 December 2007, 13:36
No they dont make rears.

They use a common pad on there calipers , which we stock anyway , so all compounds are available.

Can somebody please edit the title to read BRAKE instead of break. :brickwall
That alone does not inspire confidence.

TBH they look ok, I might try a set to see what there like,
The company thats selling them on ebay seems to just sell brakes so maybe they know what there selling,
The pad size isnt a problem really as a few use the old scooby 4 pot calipers and bigger disks so why cant these work?

Zen Performance
24 December 2007, 12:45
the OE pads are terrible, they have virtually no pad material when new! In theory I think you should be able to use the pad from the Nissan 4 pot caliper on the early GTRs, I think it's the same pad outline but thicker.
