But that didnt stop them wanting to rebuild my engine with low compression pistions at a cost of £2500 for 6 weeks work They said problem was high compression when it was really a coil pack Everyone stay away if a value ur car you have been warned StewartyBoy 19 December 2007, 07:16 AVA were the muts back in the 90s for fast fords, but now there just a bunch of sharks. Taken over and ran buy a new owner. I took my Impreza there to ask them how much it would be to fit new injectors and walbro fuel pump. Without parts they wanted 1500 quid. JOKE. Angus Motors in Barrhead are very good, they are situated off the LochLibo Road, on the right after The Dalmeny Hotel. Rebuilt my Williams for 800 quid and made an amazing job of it. They always seem to have Scoobies outside... jockc79 20 December 2007, 20:28 yeah i knew them from when theywere on neilston rd. so are they good with the scoobs then might give them a try StewartyBoy 31 December 2007, 02:02 Dunno why the above has been banned, but for anyone else rading. Yes Angus Motors are great with the Sub, stuck it in for a service there last week and came up trumps. Be looking into using them for mods now.
