Default Excel help

Hello

I have an Excel file with about 10 sheets in it. They all contain artist, title, disk number and a few other bits of info for all of my Mixmash DVD music collection for VJing.

I am trying to work out how I can do some sort of search function that will query all sheets and produce a result that lists hits from all sheets. I can use sort on each sheet to sort of do this but thats only local to one sheet, not the whole file. To be honest I dont know where to start on this !! Anyone care to lend a hand....

Dave

A very quickway to do it would be to select all 10 sheets, hold down shift click worksheet1 at the bottom of the screen, then click sheet10 to select them all and use the ctlr+F search function.

Just to add, if you use the search, and click Find all, it will list all the sheets with the occurence of your word and you can simply click on the various finds to go straight to it.
