£50 is a bit steep, as i'm considering getting 2xDS's.


It's quite funny. I had been thinking about getting a DS for the wifey, then thought against it, as i didn't think she would appreciate it.

Asked her last night, what she would like for xmas as i'm struggling. She said i like the idea of those DS lite's. "Me & the mums were talking and everyone wants one, i think it would be good fun."

Back on! Now just have to find a stockist.

 

Clickshop are sending mine out middle of next week I ordered about 2 weeks ago, no one else has them in stock so cant complain too much!

 

So did i, until i read the checkout text:

I ordered mine from clickshop on the 24th Nov and not got it yet, have you been in contact with them and they confirmed they will be sending yours next week. They`ve took my cash as well and I got an e-mail saying my order is now processed, I`ve not contacted them myself yet as it do say on they`re website they are getting hundreds a day.

I emailed them and they have emailed back a few times, I ordered about the 24th november and they said it will defintely be out by middle of next week possibly earlier, so I am hoping to have it by saturday week. Its given me plenty of time for downloading

Since i thought i couldn't get an R4, was reading up on the CycloDS Evo. It sounds very good, better than the R4

Anyone rate or have a Cyclo? They good??

 

i have the cyclods

excellent. you can pause the game and change settings, go slow () or return to the romz selection page. i won't be using r4 now

and the rom loader is in firmware, so the only thing on the card is nds and sav files.

(I've updated the firmware twice now and it's very simple - stick the firmware on the root dir of the card, switch on - it updates the firmware and then removes the firmware file from the stick. play games )

 

Latest news From Clickshop is that all orders with ref no. beginning 5,6 and 7 will be shiped this week, mine starts with 7 so hopefully by the weekend i`ll have mine.

 

Aye, read a review and it was saying it was easy, no fiddling. As it's for the wifey, i thought that would be better.

Anyone else just recieved the mail from clickshop. All orders that have not been released yet will be getting a refund at the request of Barclays Bank. Ho Hum, looks like it will be a wait until the new year now then.....

Yeah, just got it. If its true what they say Barclays truly are a shower of sh$t. They recently lost a cheque for £10K of ours AND had the cheek to charge us for going over. Got two bottle of wine as an apology but still!

Having read the threads on here the Cyclops thing sounds better anyway. Gonig to order one once I get the refund from clickshop.
