from newtownabbey direction;

take exit after fortwilliam bridge, follow road round by fire station until traffic lights. at the traffic lifghts go right. follow road on round through 2 more sets of lights, stay in left lane. at next set of lights continue left. you'll then see mynt on your right hand side (dunbar link?). follow road on round to your left and should be posted "seacat"...
