Had a sample of this given to me to try. Got it from one of the Scoobynet members. It's a wax based spray with Teflon and can be used on the body, glass, wheels etc.
I washed the car then only meant to treat the bonnet as a test panel, but as it was so quick, I did the whole car! As I'd clayed, cleaned and waxed the car just a few weeks ago, the paintwork was still nice and smooth but after the Interflon it was really slippery! and a very high gloss (Graphite black) I also did the glass and so far it seems better than the Rainex stuff that I've used before.
It seems ideal as a "after wax polish coat" I'll report how it fairs, as my car lives outside. Will post contact details if I remain impressed.

Yes, I checked out the product on the Interflon site but only after I had used it on the car! Although there is no mention of car bodywork in the spec., it certainly impressed with the finish it gave and as I said, I would use it instead of the Turtle wax Extra gloss stuff I normally use on the top of the wax (currently Meguires NXT paste) I'm certainly going to try it on the wheels at the weekend although as an experiment, I've treated HALF of one of the front wheels on the wifes Primera. These tend to get dirty very quickly so I should see a before and after result soon!
I have no connection whatsoever with Cusco kid other than getting some Whiteline bits from him, and if I had found the stuff a bit naff I just wouldn't post anything about it. I'll see how it goes, but it seems good so far.

A quick update. Checked the front wheel on the wifes Primera and the two spokes that I treated with the Interflon are definately cleaner than the rest of the wheel! I also treated one front wheel on my car and again, that's cleaner than the other front wheel! So, it seems this stuff does work in repelling dirt? I'm not saying that it's so much better than anything else that's designed specifically for that job, just that it does seem to work in that role, at least.

i had many problems with the clio site its full of keyboard
know it alls and wind up merchants,both my sons had clios at the time and were members of this site i sold many tins to members at the time in fact i still supply it to them but not in the site i also supply it to sidc again you get comments from a few w u merchants eevery body that buys it comes back for more i supply to hire drive companys , limosine companys, body shops(no silecone) fisherman because it repels salt, haulage companys main dealers merc, bmw, and a ferrari race team i have guys buying it for model aircraft an boats a bakery uses it on shop windows and 3 double glazing companys for the outside glass work after fitting. the polish was first developed as a lubricant for printing presses and then developed into a polish for vehicles .it can be used on tiles shower cabinets ,stainless steel , hobs etc alloy, powder coat, car finishes two pack, cellulose the list is endless. it works it lasts ice dont stick in winter brake dust dont stick bird droppings and tree resin dont stick i even polish my sti brembo brake calipers with it land to finish off i use teflon additives in all my cars 2 track cars my 07 sti my 07 fiesta st all my sons cars etc

it has no cutting compounds in the polish it is formulated to put a top coat on paint ect to protect and stop dust sticking geo:thumb:

hi m8 it depends on what type i make and the spec merc bmw or subaru ferrari if lights are fitted if a caliper and disc is fitted inside £200-£300 every table is different ,i try to get wheels with motorsport history ie porsche carrera cup wheels that won races and my new project an ex ferrari fi engine being made into a table ragged by a famous german driver MS geo

As the originator of this thread I thought I'd better give an update (as promised) on this product!
Since the end of Nov., when I used it, the finish on the paintwork has remained excellent. The way the water lays on the paintwork after rain is actually different to what it does with just a wax finish. I'm not saying this has any particular significance just that it shows a difference in the finish it gives. The feel of the paintwork is still very smooth, indicating that there is very little contaminate adhesion. So far, I'm quite impressed! If you're considering a can, get one. It's application list is also impressive.

Guys i would get some and try it i got sum supplied from geo and its the dogs dangles imho never looked back quick and easy way to protect your paint work and great results
