I read in my paper today that Prodrive have pulled the plug on running an F1 team next year. They say that this is due to the legal challenge issued by Williams and the unviability of the project:confused:

Yes I saw this today. Williams/Mclaren will sue if Prodrive enter F1 with their old F1 cars :razz:. If I'm honest though I think Prodrive need to concentrate on the rally cars. They haven't been anywhere near competitive during this years WRC :(.

No just williams. Mclaren were going to supply the car to Prodrive, so I doubt they would sue :)

Too much politics in F1 though. Why not just let them race without being eligable for constructors points?
