maybe Jenson knew something this year, he did seem to have a "its a sh*t car but good things are coming" kind of attitude in most of his interviews..........

Thing is, where were ferrari before Brawn took over ((ok so he had some help from a certain German!!!!)) but still, the car, the team and the tactics seem to have a lot mre influence now..........

Thing is, the 2008 car will already have been designed so it may only be tactics where Ross makes a difference in the short to medium term.

Definitely a good appointment though from Honda's point of view. I still wonder is Ruebens will be driving for them in '08.

Interestingly, Domenicalli is going to be the Ferrari team principal in 2008 too. Wonder if Todt will stay within the Ferrari empire somwhere.

So Button as development driver and when things come good get rid of him and get Hamilton in.

Brawn&Hamilton era of dominance like Brawn experienced with old spoon face perhaps?

never mind the f1 car its about time they made an affordable car with around 300bhp+
like a 2.0 turbo ,vtec integra for example

honda in my mind are the best jap car manufacturer they just dont do cars with enough power, they were decades ahead with the vtec ,other manufacturers are just catching up now 17 years later

i remember!
as said by others, the 2008 car is already designed and it's unlikely that one man will make the big difference the team need to be competitive again, but this will have been a major boost to their confidence and expectations for next year.

roll on 16 March!!

I was reading that Ross' role in Honda is to start with the 2009 car, but they hope late into 2008 he may start to have his influence felt.

Lets hope Jenson does get a good car, would be even cooler for Jenson to race Hamilton if they were both in the same team :D
