I bought a heavily modified WRX out of Scottsdale, Arizona in Feb. Drove down and towed it home. Here are some pictures of the project. The old engine had a timing belt slip off and it bent some intake valves. I figured if I am going to pull the motor, why not replace with something a little beefier? :)

Before it blew up, it made 360 HP to the wheels on 91 octane pump gas on a Dyno Dynamics. On this new setup, I would be happy with that or a little more (for now). Next year I want to further upgrade my fuel system and get a much larger rotated mount turbo.

It varies...right now it is $3.18/gallon of 93 octane. You would LOVE the favorable exchange rate. :)

I am in the middle of the US, it can be much higher in other areas such as Los Angeles, Chicago or New York.
