Washed and Clayed the car over the weekend and followed up with a final polish that came with the Clay Kit (meguiars) Liquid wax Cleaner or something like that. It is only a small bottle and has nearly gone, now can you use any sort of polish after Claying or is it best to stick with what came with the kit.

I have some Meguiars NXT Generation polish on the shelf would this be ok?

Thanks
Daz

Yep, any polish can be used after claying, from aggressive compounds to gentle glazes. You'll be fine with the NXT if that's what you have and are happy to use. :)

Ok thanks for confirmation. NXT works well just as a polish, so will be even better after the clay.

Polish Bliss:-Just out of interest What polish work you use after the claying process???

Depends on the car in question and defects we will be tackling. For light paint cleansing and gloss enhancement by hand or machine Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish and Zymol HD-Cleanse work really well, as do the Werkstatt Prime formula's too. However, for proper machine polishing of more serious defects like swirls and scratches, we always use Menzerna polishes, as they rock! :)
