How much lower are they to normal WRX springs and how much more uprated?

Set going on ebay for pennies and I hate the spongeyness of my wrx springs....also would they fit my 04WRX??

For a bottle of Shiraz you can have a set from my 03 STi - and I'm in Romford!
Having said that, a good set of lowering springs such as Prodive, Eibach or Whiteline (from Cusco kid?) would give better results. If you want a quick chat about the options, by all means pop round. PM me for address.
