How do I know if my 2002 wrx Import has an alarm on it?

Look for LED lights sensors etc. Did you not get a key fob with it?

The easiest but not effective way is to chuck a brick thru the window.:thumb:

Yeah ive got a key fob with it,its got open and lock on it and the lights flash when I press the buttons but I cant see any sensors or LED light anywhere!?!

easiest way is to lock it up with the remote and open a door with the key.

most imports sadly do not come fitted with alarm systems

Imports don't usually have alarms fitted. All cars shipped from the factory don't have alarms as standard. They go to Subaru UK who fit the alarms then the cars go to the dealership. My 2003 is an import and I got a Clifford fitted within a few days of ownership. I guess the 2002 would be the same, don't know if newer cars are different now.
