I don't care if he's lying in 2nd place, IMO, Ron Dennis should sack him.
His latest outburst is a disgrace, and he has no right to be driving for McLaren, with his blatant disregard for the team, & Ron Dennis.

What has he said now?
Perhaps he is trying to get sacked so he doesn't have to buy himself out of his contract.

He should have been sacked the day Ron dennis knew what he was up to, the guys a disgrace to the sport IMHO.

I am no Alonso fan but all we are witnessing is a public spat between McLaren and Alonso and even then only the juicy bits the media want us to hear all suitably embellished and taken out of context of course.
That being said his actions have not been those of a team player and certainly not a McLaren team player. I would not bet on him being in McLaren's employ come Christmas. Whether this is right or wrong is hard to say, but given the information we have you would have to say that there aren't many employers who would keep him on despite his obvious talent.

He deserves the same affection back from McLaren.
A real prima donna.
The thing is, with the penalties next year, he wont really want to be in the last pit garage. His ego would not take it.

So what has he said then?

Personally I think Ron and McLaren should have binned Alonso and De La Rosa, so what if the FIA gave them immunity, the FIA do not employ them and McLaren got rid of Coughlan when the found out he was involved so why not sack the 2 drivers who were involved? other than the possibility of taking driver points from Ferrari what do McLaren stand to gain from having Alonso driving for them now? Alonso will not do a damn thing to help Lewis either.

Actually I don't think McLaren have got rid of Coughlan as yet

well, suspended or what ever, my point is I think the team should punish Alonso and De La Rosa

The british media are making out Alonso to be a pantomome villain and Hamilton the saviour of F1.
Unfortunately it would seem this is far from the truth.
When hamilton went off the track at the weekend, the loudest cheers were not from the spanish but from the media centre.

Hamilton gives as good as he gets, and yes sometimes it can grate, and coming from a rookie as well, it must get some backs up, but you have to admire his arrogance and motivation coupled with his focus you have a very bright and determined young man, all the great sports stars have arrogance of some level, I could list plenty but that would stray from the thread and would create a sideshow as people disagreed :)
With regards to Alonso, if half of what has been quoted is true we are looking at a very introverted character who seems possessed by Hamilton which inevitably caused his decline on the track, he has been eratic all season, and mentally, with his outbursts, anger, trashing rooms etc, the frankness of his outbursts, if any of us behaved in this manner we'd have been sacked a long time ago, I could never put people I work with down like that, they'd never work with me again.
His contract is probably water tight whilst the season is in progress, can you imagine the furore if Ron Denis turned round tomorrow and fired him, it would never happen, but if he did it would be some story, I can't see him staying and I wonder who would really want a disruptive element in their team.
One thing is for sure viewing figures and public interest in F1 is probably back up to what it was in its Senna,Prost,Mansell days, which can't be a bad thing, all the FIA have to do now is make it more like real racing and we're sorted, no more team orders, turning down engines adjusting this and that, get in the bloody car and lets see you drive :)
