Keen to get one day under my belt before the winter sets in, now I have my full leathers.
Veteran of many a car track day, and most UK circuits, but absolutely clueless when it comes to bikes.
Where can I find out about upcoming days, especially at brands which is close to me, are there any organisers I should avoid, and any tips or is it all pretty much the same as car track days?
Thanks in advance,
Ed

No Limits
No Limits Track Days - Home Page (http://www.nolimitstrackdays.com/)
and
Hottrax
Motorcycle Track Days in the UK and Europe - Hottrax - Motorcycle Track Days in the UK and Europe - Hottrax (http://www.hottrax.co.uk)
would be where my money goes, I done loads of days with those two companies, and no complaints.

Hmm.
I've just written a book on bike trackdays for virgins - coming soon to a Waterstones/ Smiths near you :)
All three companies mentioned get the nod as making provision for novices and as being professional outfits, but Hot Trax are more biased toward regular/serious track day riders and include competition licence holders. Focussed Events are probably the best, though if you can wait 'til next year then Rapid Tracks (Rapid Training advanced motorcycle training (http://www.rapidtraining.co.uk)) are, without a shadow of a doubt, the best for novices. Apart from the fact that you may get me instructing, of course...
