I need some help trying to find a Mini Honda or Honda Monkey frame.

Anyone know of someone/company that sells them or refurbishes them?

Give these guys a ring they are huge seller of honda monkey bikes and I believe the main importers within the UK, its worth a try

No worries at all, its a local shop to me. There is bunch of them all riding around as well which always makes me giggle, one of the dudes works next door to us lol
