Hi,

I'm probably going to be found out to be a complete numpty for asking this question but I pick up my 1st Scooby next week and it has a device fitted that bleeps once when near a speed camera and twice when very near it. There's nothing on the console to tell me what's fitted. I suspect it's not a factory fit, so does anyone have any ideas what it may be as there's nothing in the paperwork that accompanies the car. I had a quick look under the bonnet but nothing jumped out at me.

It's a UK '05 WRX with factory fitted PPP.

Thanks

Mike.

Thanks for that. There's no paperwork for this with the car - do you know how I can use this tracker if I wanted to i.e. do I just ring RAC and get them to re-activate it and start paying a subscription? Would they have records if I quoted my registration number and could they re-issue a certificate for insurance purposes?

Sorry if that's a dumb question but I've never had a Tracker on a car before.

Cheers

Mike.

they should be able to check your car on their database for you. Just give them a call.

Thanks again JH, really appreciate your help.

I'll be phoning them first thing.

Cheers

Mike.
