ive recently installed a front mount intercooler to my 98 typr r. the number plate is blocking a substancial amount of the intercooler and i was debating on binning the plate and getting a sticker made up an either mounting it on the bumper under the grill or on the front of the bonnet... does anyone have any helpfull info on the legality of this or previous experiance in the matter???
cheers.

Or alternatively, buy a splitter that one will fit to.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/0903/alcazar/car_lights.jpg

This one came from TSL, but was made by MRO styling.

Why not have a square plate over your n/s foglight and then convert the o/s foglight into an induction feed.
