I wish to refurb and repaint all 3 of my dishevilled wiper arms on my '93 WRX 4-door. Problem is, is that after removing the retaining nuts, I find it impossible to prise the damn arms off from the splined bolts :confused:.

Is there a special technique/trick involved, etc.?

Any help will be greatfully received.

heres a trick, where the the pin goes through the wiper arm (the point where it can move out and in) push down on it, wiggel it out and in.. works every time.. normally u just need to push down once.. hope this helps
