I need a tripod for my flash when i'm using the remote trigger, i've done a search but there doesn't seem to be anything flash specific. i'm currently using a chunk of a tripod and its a pain to lug around, i'd like to spend as little as possible tbh...flash is a 550 Speedlite.

Any cheap and cheerful tripod from Jessops (etc)

I have a off camera flash shoe adaptor that actually has a tripod screw underneath, so would screw easily to any quick release plate. Bought in error & want to get rid of it!

thanks Pumpkin. The remote triggers I use have the same sort of tripod screw so I can attach the flash to any tripod :)
