I cannot see an address anywhere ..... the telephone numbers would point to an address in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

I'd be wary for that reason alone. Stocking only three Nikon lenses and having ipods and speakers as additional lines is enough to put me off.

They have just added that address at my request.

That is the Registered address of the company, their call centre and distribution warehouse is at Wooburn Green they inform me.

If you look at their Returns Policy it says (in the final paargraph) returns should be sent to the address below .......... there is no address below!

I have asked them to rectify that too .......

I'm a bit uneasy about it, would rather get Jessops to price match ..... but, they have an L Lens at a cracking price.

Hi, thanks for discussing our company. We have been running since March this year and have a very successful start to our business.

A few tips when buying online:

1. If you use a credit card, when you receive your bill you can easily contest any payment and refuse payment. Check this out with your issuers and you will find this to be the case.

2. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Both of which have safeguards in place for the retailer and the customer.

If you also look at the web design team who are our business partners they deal with some big organisations including Middlesborough football club and certainly would not risk their excellent reputation by working on a month by month basis with a retailer than isnt 100% genuine.
