Don't usually venture in here so be gentle..!
Its my mums 60th birthday and a chance to have all the close family gathered at (hopefully a sunny) garden party in North Surrey.
We thought it would be a nice idea (and a surprise) to have a photographer take natural and formal shots during the day.
Could anyone reccommend anyone? we would prefer the opportunity to have access to the photos in digital format (as well as use them for the framed prints)
Professional or budding enthusiast considered (dependant on price - no wedding quotes :D)
Edit: The Party would be on Saturday 8th September.
Many thanks

Its the sort of thing I would have a crack at and I'm often in London area. Unfortunately I have a wedding in Liverpool on the 7th Sept til late so can't really help you out. Should be someone else in here.

I would do this and have done similar events but I am taking 3 Models to the beach that day for a bikini/nude shoot. :D
What should I do... Beach shoot or Birthday shoot :wonder:

This is a wedding without the Vicar, except chances are everybody will be pi55ed from the off.
If you want fun, informal snaps, a confident friend might help out. If you want the full and formal Monty the it's a wedding photogpher type you're after.
Richard.
PS Preparation is key, ie venue, light, seating etc.

Is it worth approaching the local arts college? May have a couple of budding students? <hang fire, they're all on holiday...>
