I have an 07 2.0 rx where the centre consol trim has lost the silver paint after a valet.

Beechdale in Derby blamed the valet company and want £85 for the parts.

Rather than replace with the standard fit parts (which are obviously poor quality from the start) are there any after market parts which are more durable?
