When I arm or disarm the alarm the indicators on the right hand side either dont flash or stay on. The first time it happened I did'nt notice they were stuck on and it flattened my battery and its getting more frequent. I'm guessing its a relay on the alarm, can they be fixed or replaced and were abouts is it so I can try hitting it with a stick.
Thanks

Does the same thing happen when you indicate on that side? If so, it will be the flasher relay. Never noticed mine on the scoobs, but most motors I've seen have them in the steering column. You can get plenty of flasher units from most car spares shops.

Sigma don't sell these any more, you'd have to get one from a subaru dealer. about £70 IIRC. Single plug connection once you've got into the armoured housing. They turn up on fleabay every so often, but make sure it was manufactured 2002 or later ( theres a 'clock' gauge label on the unit) since earler ones suffered from lockup due to radio interference.
A daewoo dealer might have one since aparently they are used on a Daewoo too, ( dunno which one).Might be worth a try if it turns out a bit cheaper.....

Yup, plug and play. You'll need either a working fob for the replacement unit or the PIN code. You can then set your own PIN and programme your own fob. (instuctions to this are on here, do a search for 'sigma sam' or oe alarm sam')
