:wonder: Wasn't it Man USA who spunked £28million on Veron and £30 on Turdinand who started the ball rolling? :Whatever_

Perhaps, but your spending under Abramovich has hardly been prudent. When you paid £21m for Wright-Phillips, you did so purely to ensure he couldn't sign elsewhere - from my perspective, there's hardly grounds to moan, especially coming from your American chairman.

In terms of Veron, I seem to recall you paying us £15m for him, more than £1m per game in your shirt. You've only just got him off your wage bill, too. :p

:wonder: Isn't that how it goes when you try and buy a player???? Bid more than other teams wanting him? :wonder: or have I got that wrong

As for Hargreaves and £17million!!!! :lol1: :cuckoo: :freak3:

£17million for a glorified defender!?

Was that the debut in which he was on the losing side? :lol1: :thumb:

So is Andersson and Nani going to be playing week in week out? All players are bought as squad players now.

SWP has played every game so far this season

They'll both certainly play more than SWP did in his first season with you lot.

Besides, he's only played this season due to Robben's departure, who, in my opinion, is thrice the player SWP is.

both Chelski and Manure responsible for market conditions. End of.

You've both created Frankenstein's monster so dont why arguing for.

Not sure why Chelski are moaning when they've whacked out 500m over past few years.

to be expected FM from you, how shallow are you siding with Chelsea on one post from me ? point is like the stock market you have both created a market meaning others have to follow to compete. go figure if you can think straight

You've bought you're own average players. Between both clubs you've spent 43m on Veron ?? pls explain that.

and one other thing, if you can't take a point without goint postal then dont come on here fella.

Not siding with anyone ash, just correcting your factualy incorrect post and without wishing to side with Richie, a Chelsea fan, yes you have wasted a fortune on some sh*te, the Evans and Houlier years were classics.

if you can't take a point without goint postal

Oh yeah what does that mean, it doesn't make sense ?

No footballer is worth 80million and if he gets 200k a week then the whole game has gone to sh!t.

There is plenty of other more deserving people out there who deserve that money and it is not a footballer.

Now that is one waste of a salary, a very poor mans Tony Adams.

Ronaldinho would add nothing to your team, it would only make him a more ineffective player as he would probably drop off after 10 minutes, bored sh*tless no doubt, you'd ruin his limited abilities with you Don Howe inspired footy :lol1:

ScoobyGav555, football has already gone to sh*t, a long time ago IMHO, but if it hadn't we wouldn't enjoy so many live games on the box, a vicious circle...
