I enjoyed my Sat nights out too much and it was harder and harder to get up and play, I didn't enjoy being hacked to bits by other people who were still drunk :D, The aches and pains from playing Sat and Sunday were too much. I just play on a Sat now at a better level than Sunday. Pulled up (well, by pulled up, I mean rolled around in agony) towards the end of the game with what I think is a torn calf, the same injury I suffered 3-4 years ago. If it works though then do it until told otherwise or the punishment for doing so is greater than he benefit.
