What you want to do is spend a lot of time in the prep. Make sure they are clean rub them down with fine sandpaper till they are perfect.

Then you need to use a plastic primer, spray it on with light coats. Patience is the key. Dont just clart it in paint. Take your time and apply many thin coats as it will give a better result.

Once the primer has fully dried then do the same with the paint. Again thin coats is the way to go. When you are finished and the paint is dry rub your hands over them to see if they are smooth. If not the get 1200 grit and rub them down and spray another fine coat over them.

If they are then spray them with a clear laquer. Same again with the light coats. When they are dry the hould look a treat.
