You can get them in Nurburg,Germany ;) loads of different ones to choose from :D not sure where you can get them from in this country,fleabay might be worth a shot

Seen them on ebay m8....think japanparts.com also do them.

That ring sticker is for the Type-RA and ebay is your best bet.

Dont put a ring sticker on your car though if you havent been - you will look like a bell-end. Well worth going over though :D

we have this similar kind of post every 5 months or so. all the ring drivers say you cant have them if you havent been :rolleyes:

so all the people who have stickered up rally style graphics better remove them as well, as they havent been built by prodrive yadda yadda.

if you want to put stickers on, ring ones or rally ones that is entirely up to the individual. Coming on here and asking for comments will always generate some negative ones.
I personally wouldnt put rally graphics over my car, but have mates who have and they looked great.

agree that the specific type stickers are slightly different. maybe he just prefers the type ra ring stickers better than the normal ones.

That's your prerogative entirely. However there is a body of opinion that 'ring stickers on cars that haven't been there make as much sense as having a "I saw the monkey's at London Zoo" sticker if you didn't.

Worse that that they are a pose which presumably the person in question will either lie about 'Yeh I went round that nuremberg (sic) ring in 7 minutes innit' or will be forced to admit they are a 'wannabe' (why people would think driving round there is something to aspire to that makes them look cool I have no idea).

Still we have no idea if the original poster has been or not so it's all academic.

that's the point isnt it, it is our choice. what hacks me off is when you get "the body of people" who say you cant have them if you havent been.

You can usually get free fake ring stickers every few issues of Max Power etc, if you want to join the petrolheads version of the great unwashed, go ahead

Its a shame that the populous reporting of the Nurburgring has diluted the sticker, theres even a thread on Northloop suggesting ring stickers aren't cool anymore...

IMO the car has to earn it, and since the sticker should only appeal to those that have prior knowledge of the ring - it shouldn't have to say what it is either

They aren't and they never were IMO, apart from on a few cars that 'live' at the 'ring.

People who stick them on their cars that haven't even been there are sad pathetic wannabees. However if they want to look like that then of course it's entirely their choice.........

There are some guys out there rallying cars who aren't bell ends. All the others certainly look like nobbers when they're driving their cars in my opinion. What's more pathetic than some fat, balding middle aged bloke driving around in a car that looks like an airfix model?

Stickers are a personal thing - if you want rally graphics get them, if you want other graphics get them, but I am not alone in thinking that to show a ring sticker should be a sign that you have been and driven it and are not merely a wannabe which is what anyone that has been there will think of you.

But, it is up to you of course.

You will like this NACRO, I just remembered watching Team America....Have you seen it. It will be one of those American puppet type films you probably frown at.

With the ring sticker, personnaly I would not display one untill I had been round it. I guess it would take me about 20 mins though as I am one of the balding middle aged bellends with rally graphics on my scoobie.

I feel dissapointed really. I don't have to take that cr*p off anyone let alone someone I've never met or spoken too. Some people are too quick to catagorise, or may be take things a bit too serious. We all like our cars to look good and we do that in ways that we think look good. Most of us can't drive like rally drivers and if you can well fair play to you.

But don't just generalise. Sometimes it is better to keep your opinions to yourself.

I had rally graphics on mine until recently - its not me judging your rally graphics...... the thread was about ring stickers, but then if it is a touchy subject then I am sorry.
