Looking forward to it... Depending on when it is, Karen may or may not be able to attend - And if she does, she may be seriously hung-over.

Looking forward to Fizz showing you all his land-based aircraft carrier. :)

I need cheering up - There I was day dreaming about boost controllers and fuelling computers, but instead I'm going to need the best part of £500 for servicing and tyres in a couple of months!!

Oh yeah - I'm getting married, too. :D

Last time I went near Aberystwyth, Karen and I visited Devil's Bridge. Just as we got to the bottom of the valley, the heavens opened up BIG TIME!

We had to climb up steep steps that had become fast flowing streams.

When we got into the car, I stripped off to the waist, and continued to drive home in the same fashion.

You should have seen the looks we got as people drove past us, they thought I was stark-b*ll*ck-naked. :D

Shame Karen didn't do the same! ;)

May I suggest a slight detour on the route and instead of going to Aberystwyth, go up the road to Borth instead?

Depends if you want "Kiss me Quick" hats, or deserted beaches?

Saves going into a busy town... :)

I'm in the mood for heading South for a change (and the 200m+ round trips before any "DRIVE" is doing my head in :)), so just two small questions.
Where's Elan Valley, and whereabouts in Elan Valley?
and What time?
Cheers,
Martin.

My uncle passed away late Monday night, so feeling a bit down at the mo :(

Still, 'life goes on' as they say.

Rik, shall we meet at the Poachers first, then meet up with Tony ?

See y'all next week

James (JCM7611) - Sorry to hear about your uncle. :(

Yeah, a meet at the Poacher's sounds good, before travelling to Hereford. Just look out for low flying jets attempting landings on Fizz's boot!
