I have just had some work done on my 1995 WRX and they disconnected the battery, I now have "CODE IN" on my Sony CDX-M600R stereo. I do not have the code as it was in the car when i got it. I have just paid £8.99 from this company (see link) who's website says enter the model number and the code will be displayed so I paid and got this message!!

I have tryed calling the number non-stop and it just rings and ring with no answer!!!

Does anyone know how I can get a code?

if the radio requires a 4 diget number it will have to be de coded unless you have the small peice of yellow paper with the code on it:) if its not that type there is 15 different codes avalible of the net or any autorised sony dealer:thumb:

Thanks, I have looked on the net and I cant find anything, I dont have anything at all about the stereo as it was in the car when I got it. I have tried to phone the previous owner but am getting no reply.

Its not a code on this unit, its a sequence of button presses I have 1 of these units in 1 of my cars.

Do you know where I can find that?
