Hi all,

Just had some Prodrive springs fitted to my 07 STi and was wondering what settings people recommend for the geometry.

Also,a long shot i know, does anybody have the settings that they are recommending ?!

Many thanks :thumb:

I believe that the prodrive settings are around:

Front
0.5 neg camber
4.5 caster
0.5mm toe in

Rear
0.5 neg camber
0.5mm toe in

But if you can get more caster than that and more negative camber up front then it will help with curing understeer.

Would recommend a little more negative camber on the front for road use, say 3/4 degree negative
The rear's non adjustable as standard but you should see around 1.5 degrees of negative camber.

Your toe settings both front and rear will have a massive effect on the cars directional agility and stability so they need some careful honing to suit your driving style.
The toe-in Prodrive recommend may work for some but not others ;)

Cheers

I THINK i actually went for 1.0 neg camber front and rear if that makes sense.

I've got a readout so i'll have a look.Whatever it is,it handles much better. :thumb:

Hijack alert!!!!

About to get mine done and was going to ask them to increase the toe-in to about 1mm and set about 1 degree negative camber at the front with max caster. Basically I'm looking for a set up that is more likely to oversteer than understeer. Current set-up is:

KYB AGX shocks all round
Whiteline Flat-out springs
Eibach ARBs
Hardrace ALK
Hardrace rear drop links
Whiteline front drop links
Whiteline adjustable front top mounts.

Is this going to make the car too twitchy. I'm looking for a fast road car that can easily migrate to the track.

I would appreciate it if you would respond to my query here http://bbs.scoobynet.com/suspension-12/615700-06-07-sti-standard-ride-height.html - wheel arch to wheel centre - just to see how much the Prodrive springs lower the car.

Thanks

what would the geometry settings be for a 97/98 impreza turbo?

would these settings be the same as a 97/98 impreza?

You wouldnt be able to get that caster angle on a 97/98
