Hi all,

I have just fitted 3 gauges, boost, oil temp and oil pressure. the first 2 work fine but my oil pressure still reads full all the time as it did when disconected like an open curcuit. I have put the sender in the plug under the alternator and T piece to still use the original and the new one has a wire to my gauge, and old one is conected with original wire, but as before i connected the wire to the sender it still reads full? anyone have any ideas why?

many thanks in advance,

have re checked wiring and all is in order even used voltmeter to check voltage and contiuity etc. im thinking now may sender or gauge broken?

is it possible to hook up the oil temp gauge to the pressure wiring just to check the sender?

usually when it reads max all the time its because the sender isn't properly earthed so goes to max even when the car isn't running i.e on second click
