i have a k4 1000 back end fitted to my SRAD.

where it touches the tanks it forces it to be pushed out a tad too much,thought it would be o.k,but no, a nice crack where your thigh goes underneath,anyhoo,whats the best stuff to use,fibreglass and resin,o is there anything else,i dont have alot fo tools/vices etc so need something that doesnt take 15 hrs to set

My friend had great success with this product, to put his Kwak fairings back together. Did the job well.

If the crack is not to big, you can stick it back together with a piece of cable tie and a solder iron, it worked on my fireblade, obvisolsly do it from behind.
just make sure you get enuf heat in to the cable tie to make it melt first.

cheers guys,all good ways to fix fairings, i did go for the fibre glass fix kit, used 2 sheets of fibre glass and has worked well,wil do the other side as well to make it more rigid/stronger but will keep its flex from further up
