got my last car done at a place in birmingham called quicksilver.
However they left me with a scuffed door handle. They even make you sign a disclakimer saying that the car may not be in the same state as you left it as they need to remove parts to get the windows out.
Must say, I wouldnt get my windows tinted there again. Good for alarm systems though (if a little expensive)

Depends how far you are willing to travel? I have used auto asylum in Maidenhead about 5 times (mine, 2xMrs, Dad and Sister) and never fails to do a top job. If you want a saloon Scoob doing then it should be around £290 for 5 windows (I have light smoke front, medium around the back).

PS. Getting windows out????? Steer well clear of anyone wanting to take windows out! The door cards come off so it can go below the door line, but they shouldn't need to take the windows out.

No peeling or issues of any kind in any of the cars I have had done or my mates two that he has had done. I can recommend them 110% :thumb:

Price for the tints are about £40 per window (depends on the car) with his tints suplyed, these tints are not the cheap stuff you can buy from halfords and places like that, they are expsnsive tints which are bought from america.
If you supply tint its about £70-£80 for the whole car (again depends on the car).

I would highly recomend this guy, he has done loads for me and my mates in the past few years. it doesnt take him long and he does a top job! he is quite flexable on his work days and times and if you cant get to his place he can even come to your home or place of work to do the job.

He doesnt have to remove trim, unless he has to, he removed my door cards on the Type-r.

He has done cars like Lamborghini's and other expensive cars.

If any body wants his number just ask on here or PM me.

Im up in Aberdeen and i have been quoted £345 by Tint Haus to get my Sti done. By the previous threads, this seems very expensive? although ive heard they do a good job.

anyone else up in the Aberdeen area that can recommend someone that will be very good but cheaper?
