Is there anything on the market to clean out my aircon?

Its smells bad for a few minutes every time its switched on and i heard you can get it cleaned?

Aye, Comma do some kind of antibacterial gas-based product that fogs out the interior of the car; doing this with the aircon on and in recirc mode allows the gas to flow through all the aircon piping, and kill the bacteria present, which are usually the cause of the problem. Here's a link...
