Not sure if i should buy "Scoobyworld Premium WRC Style Mudflap Kit" £99.99 or go for the "Scoobyworld Standard WRC Style Mudflap Kit" £64.99

I had the Premium kit before on my bug eye scoob and was happy with them, but really i want to know what difference there will be. Im thinking that the cheaper ones will flap more when im driving.
