This week my homework is going to be to scrub my wheel arches clean and paint my callipers. While im at it im going to thoroughly clean my alloys and wondered if while ive got the car jacked up, is it worth jet washing and scrubing clean the bottom of my car?

has anyone else been sad enough to consider this or even done it and if so did you use anything other than wire brush and soapy water then a jet wash?

cheers

Don't forget to use two buckets and then clay, polish and wax.

Only joking just spent the day doing that to my car. Keeping the underside clean will allow you to see any signs ofd corrosion before it gets too bad. Along with any leaks that would otherwise be missed. I know IMO do undercar washing on their carwash but it is not worth getting the paint scratched. Just be prepared to get wet. Best of luck Steve
